Listings, ratings, hours, prices, pet/kid policies, and event details can change without notice. Always verify critical details with the business before you visit or book.

Age and responsible use
Wine tasting and alcohol consumption are restricted to adults 21+ where required by law. Do not drink and drive. Designate a driver, use rideshare, or book transportation if you plan multiple tastings.

Featured listings and paid placement
We may offer paid Featured Listing or similar advertising inventory on the directory (see /advertise). Featured placement is advertising, not an editorial endorsement, star rating, or guarantee of traffic, rankings, or sales. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: (a) each purchase covers one business for the stated duration starting on the activation date; (b) activation requires you to send complete listing details after payment; (c) we may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or off-topic for a wine-country visitor directory; (d) full refund is available if we have not activated your listing and you request a refund within 7 days of payment; after activation, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to the checkout transaction.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO USD $50.
